1) One-off and occasional users
Pay the full cost of a booking according to the schedule of charges, subject to any discount set out below.
2) Regular committed bookings
Are entitled to discounts according to the length of the committed booking:
a) 10% reduction for a minimum 10 week booking
b) 20% reduction for an annual booking
3) Start up
For those attempting to set a new activity in the area there is a 30% discount for the first two months only.
4) Uniformed youth organisations
Pay a set amount per term to cover the costs of heating and lighting.
Discounts
These discounts are applied after calculating the normal price according to user categories 1-3 as above.
a) 10% reduction for advance payment for long term bookings (2 months or more), then
b) 20% reduction for non-profitmaking organisations, then
c) 1/3 discount for church members.
d) No charge for members’ special celebrations but they are free to make a donation.
These discounts are cumulative. For instance, a non-profit organization making a booking that would normally cost £100 on a long-term booking would receive a further 10% discount for advance payment, bringing the revised total to £90. They would then receive a further 20% discount as a non-profit organization, reducing the total to £72.
